Collaborative business-to-business relationship analysis and diagnosis to enable increased support chain performance between partner organisation within the commercial and public sectors. Based initially upon a 4 year, Cranfield University major research project within the UK Ministry of Defence. Subsequent work carried out within a wide range of global supply chains and customer/supplier situations in the Food, Retail Fashion, Rail, Civil Engineering, Electronics, Confectionery, Brewing and Farming sectors.
Strategic planning for corporate change programmes within complex logistics processes and information systems. Based upon a 35 year career in the UK Royal Air Force as a logistician culminating as Director UK Defence Aviation Supply Chain in the rank of Group Captain (OF5).
